GPK9 provides online dog training education and coaching focused on teaching owners how to understand, manage, and improve canine behaviour. The service is designed to train the handler, not the dog directly.
Failure to follow recommended training structure may reduce effectiveness of the programme.
All training is based on positive reinforcement principles. We do not use punishment-based, force-based, or aversive training methods.
No guarantees are provided regarding behavioural change, training success, or specific outcomes. Results vary depending on the dog, handler consistency, environment, and adherence to guidance provided.
The owner or handler remains fully responsible for their dog at all times, including behaviour, safety, and control in all environments.
Dogs displaying aggression, reactivity, anxiety, or nervous behaviours should be professionally assessed before participation in training.
Where necessary, referral to a qualified behaviour specialist (e.g. accredited behaviourist) may be recommended prior to or during training.
Users are required to contact GPK9 prior to purchase where behavioural concerns exist to determine suitability for training services.
All payments are final. No refunds are issued once purchase has been completed.
Support is provided via messaging, video feedback, or one-to-one online sessions where applicable.
Response times are typically within 24–48 hours, depending on workload and availability.
GPK9 is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or incident arising from participation in training, handling of dogs, or implementation of training guidance.
By engaging in training, users acknowledge that working with dogs carries inherent risk, particularly in cases involving behavioural challenges.
Where third-party platforms or services are used to deliver content, process payments, or manage systems, those services operate under their own terms and policies. GPK9 is not responsible for third-party system performance or data handling.
