This Disclaimer applies to all GPK9 training services, online programmes, coaching sessions, and educational content. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.
The owner or handler is fully and solely responsible for their dog at all times. This includes behaviour, control, safety, and supervision in all environments, whether public or private.
GPK9 does not assume responsibility or control over any dog during or after training sessions.
Dogs must remain under full control of the handler at all times. Handlers are expected to apply training techniques responsibly and appropriately based on the guidance provided.
Dog training involves inherent behavioural risk. Dogs may react unpredictably, especially in cases involving fear, anxiety, reactivity, or aggression.
Any signs of aggression, escalation, or unsafe behaviour must result in the immediate cessation of training activities until the situation is reassessed.
Dogs showing aggressive or highly reactive behaviour should not proceed with training without professional assessment. In some cases, referral to a qualified behaviour specialist may be required before continuing any programme.
GPK9 accepts no responsibility for any incident, injury, damage, or loss arising from a dog becoming out of control in public or private spaces.
Handlers are solely responsible for ensuring their dog does not pose a risk to people, animals, or property at any time.
All training content is provided for educational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed and depend entirely on handler consistency, environment, and correct application of techniques.
GPK9 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in training or the use of provided guidance.
By engaging in training services, the user acknowledges and accepts that working with dogs carries inherent risk, including but not limited to behavioural escalation and physical injury.
GPK9 is not responsible for incidents occurring in third-party environments such as public spaces, training locations, or external facilities.
